Shipping and Delivery from Talia Zoref Art

  1. When can I expect to receive the delivery of my artwork?

It will take between 5-7 business days to deliver your artwork and the shipment will take about an estimated 2-5 business days. The time of delivery will depend on the delivery location. It is important to note that these are estimated shipment times and they are not guaranteed delivery times. Note that we will do everything possible on our side to shorten the delivery time so that you will receive your artwork as quickly as possible.

  1. How long will it take to receive my delivery with the current COVID-19 situation?

With COVID-19, the actual delivery times might take longer than usual to arrive at your delivery location. In addition, there might be delays within certain countries due to the pandemic. We will do our utmost to update you regarding the status of your shipment.

  1. How do you pack my artwork to prevent damage?

Packing your artwork is a priority for us and we do our very best to ensure that your art will arrive safely. Therefore, we pack all artworks in protective cardboard packaging and we make sure that there is lots of cushioning support placed around your art.

  1. How will I be able to track my delivery?

Once your order is ready and packed for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation Email together with your tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

  1. How much is shipping?

All domestic shipments are free and international shipping fees are free for orders above US$ 275. We also do not cover any customs fees or extra-unexpected fees associated with the delivery of the shipment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to let someone choose the artwork they want and let you give a special gift of art from Talia Zoref Art.
 
E-gift cards are available in values of $10, $ 25, $ 50, $ 85 or $ 100. In the event that you would like to give a gift in another amount, we would be pleased to assist you. Contact us at contact@taliazoref.com

 

Orders and Return Policy

  1. Can I order an artwork that is personally customized for a gift or other?

Yes, you certainly can. Please write to us at contact@taliazoref.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to process cancellations. All sales are final.

  1. Do the images on your website portray your artwork accurately?

We do our best to portray our artwork as accurately as possible on our website. Note that framed product images are used are for illustrative purposes only. The dimensions given for artworks are illustrative of the size of the painting and/or print without the frame.

  1. What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
We do our utmost to make sure that your artwork is delivered safely while in transit, but if you unfortunately receive your art damaged due to shipping and delivery, you must advise us within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Please send your notification to us by Email at contact@taliazoref.com and include a photo of the damage to the package and/or contents with your mail so that we may act accordingly to remedy the situation.
